Over the pass two days, you may have seen my social media flurry. Of late our Instagram consisted of white walled lofts, Melbourne breakfasts, tantalising food and beautiful design all with the hashtag #athomeworkshops. We try to bring you at least one beautiful image every day on our Instagram, but I was surrounded by so much awesome that I had to share more!
Hello Dear Friends,
In light of many of the daily stresses that we have, Vess and I both have tried to develop a habit of Gratitude in our lives. To not only be more appreciative for the things around us but also to change our perspective and to gain clarity, especially when the stresses and worries of this world seem to choke us of our joy.
Here are some ways tips and tricks we’ve found to do with gratitude!
Time almost always passes too quickly. When we take a moment to look back and reflect, we often group time into years or months. Rarely do we recount the years to see; the number of challenges we faced, the number of faces we met, the total of smiles we gave, or the litres of tears we shed. But when we do, it provides us with insight and a deeper understanding of what has passed and how it has formed who we are today.
