All sort of wonderful things in the world have come from a place of vision, passion and imagination. When someone grasps onto something that they want to move towards and reach it, it not only edifies the original dream but moves and changes the person. But how does that dream begin and make the progression into reality? It all starts with us giving ourselves to our hopes, dreams and wishes. And then from there taking the steps into the direction.

So as we move into the new year, we would like to gift you with a free downloadable goal planner for you to go after your dreams. Your dreams make you who you are and are the tools of bringing you to where you want to be. And for filling it out, here’s a little navigational direction guide.

1 – Dream the destination

The first thing you have to do is give yourself a good 1-2 hours of time to sit and really brainstorm the things that you would love to do. Examples of the things that ran through my head, become an illustrator, live in Paris, learn about Art Direction, have an exercise routine, document my parent’s life story. Just throwing around the random things that you would love to do.

2 – Chart your course

The next step is to break down your goals into something tangible. For me personally, I really wanted to have an exercise routine because I’ve had some wrist and neck issues this past year. So I wrote it down! At this part of the process, it’s all about making the steps that you think are plausible for you to reach your goals. Also, very important, set the date of which you want to achieve them!

3 – Review the journey

The final pages of the goal planner is for you to use during your journey. It’s to be used as a reminder and an encouragement to help you stay on track! Put it up somewhere where you can see it daily and make sure you review and see where you’re at. Better yet, give it to someone to stay accountable to! That’s a sure way to make sure you stick to your goals!
