Nothing beats the smell of fresh hot cross buns.
Easter has come and gone. Piles of chocolate eggs having been hidden and found. The smell of fresh hot cross buns has filled the air. As we fell into this time of happiness and joy, I had to enjoy the season by baking hot cross buns. I wanted to make something different and unique for the start of a new beginning at Easter time. As I discovered a bag of cranberries and indulgent white chocolate, I figured they would make the perfect combination of sweet for a supplementary versions to the traditional hot cross buns.
