These were taken within the winding street of Kyoto. If I haven’t mentioned already, Kyoto was one of my favourite places. A place which I found so many stunning and amazing things from traditional Japanese arts and crafts, to modern day graphics and designs. Having been in bustling Tokyo, Kyoto was like a breath of fresh air for me. I love the city and the bustling atmosphere, but it can get really overwhelming at times, so it was so lovely to spend time in Kyoto. Kyoto is also quite a busy city, but not half as busy as Tokyo!

Vess is wearing one of our favourite necklaces, which was made by one of our dear friends Emily, who is studying architecture at Melbourne Uni. Sometimes I feel so blessed to have such amazing and creative people around me to inspire and to challenge my own creativity. Looking back on photos of Japan, it’s so difficult to imagine that Vess and I were so privileged to have spent time in this beautiful country, to experience the food, people, culture and the design. Everything in Japan is so well, made, clean and simply done to perfection. This achievement for perfection is something that I would love to attain for in my own lifestyle. To do anything and everything well, or to my best ability!

Will keep you updated on how I go with it!

Leave a comment on how you guys are enjoying our Japan pictures! Would love to hear from you!
